Upgrades

Here is a running list of our upgrades/changes to date:

Changes/additions made at Sales appointment:
(Correct pricing for changes/additions are under the tender appointment heading)
  • Provide an 820mm CSD (Cavity Sliding Door) to ensuite (as it is standard to not have a door)!: $300 
  • Provide external gas point to alfresco: $300
  • Provide tiles to the alfresco from the standard builders range: $1,500
  • Provide 2590 high ceilings to ground floor in lieu of standard (ILOS): $3,800
  • Provide a 500mm extension of WIP from the study as per sketch attached: $TBA
  • Roof selection: Colorbond roof upgrade (note only)

Changes/additions made at Tender appointment:
  • Increase walk-in pantry: -$514    
  • Increase the width of the walk  in pantry by approx. 740mm reducing the study to suit

  • Provide the following plan amendments to study in lieu of standard-
    * Delete study/family square set opening and dividing wall and

  • Provide 2no.flush  panel cavity sliding door with flush pulls (door is not level/flush with jamb) to lounge/entry including full height wall to suit in lieu of standard

Upgrades made from Kitchen Culture Appointment:
  • Kitchen benchtop to be 920mm from slab level. Benchtop to have 20mm overhang: Note
  • Provide 800mm wide benchtop with 184-200mm overhang as per standard kitchen layout: Note
  • Increase frame to frame fridge space to 1050mm wide to suit a fridge approx 920mm wide: Note
  • Provide 20mm Group 1 Essastone benchtop extension to island bench. Client has requested benchtop to be extended to 1000mm wide benchtop with 284-300mm overhang in lieu of standard: $445.28
  • Provide 1x bank of 2 pot drawers to left hand side of oven. Includes Hettich silver soft close full extension 30kg runners. Total x2: $346.80
  • Provide an underbench microwave space with drawer under to right hand side of oven. Includes 16mm shelf to base to suit trim kit. Powerpoint and installation of microwave and trim kit not included: $425.00
  • Provide 10mm overhang to overhead cupboards in lieu of standard handles: $110.00
  • Provide craftwood bulkheads to overhead cupboards ready for paint. Includes flyover panel above rangebood. Builder to provide plaster, paint and cornice. Joiner to provide sub frame: $646.80
  • Provide a panel to rear of rangehood to align with underside of overhead cupboards: $110
  • Provide 20mm group 1 essastone waterfall ends to left hand and right hand side of kitchen benchtop. Colour - Crystal Chalk: $2156.00
